The largest outdoor equestrian show in the UK, the Royal Windsor Horse Show will be kicking off its celebrations. The popular event will see over 3,000 horses and ponies taking part in jumping, showing, championship and carriage driving classes.

For over 65 years, the show has been a famous annual occurrence which takes place in Her Majesty The Queen’s private grounds at Windsor Castle. It allows visitors the unique opportunity to participate in events and see plenty of exciting displays, many of which have never been seen in the UK.

The DAKS Pony Club Mounted Games will be taking place throughout the whole week with the grand finale and trophy presentations being held on the Sunday. Additionally, the club will also be running their own Tetrathlon and jumping competitions at the show.

Children will absolutely love the old-fashioned themed fun fair. With swing chairs, a merry-go-round, ferris wheel and helter skelter, there is plenty to keep kids of all ages entertained for hours on end.
